By entering the Kingdom of Scepteris, you bind yourself to these Royal Terms of Service. These terms constitute a covenant governing your presence within our realm and define mutual expectations between Scepteris and its subjects. Should any provision prove unacceptable, you must depart our kingdom immediately. Continued presence signifies complete acceptance of these terms.
Scepteris operates as a sovereign social casino realm, providing entertainment through games fashioned after traditional casino formats. A fundamental distinction exists: all activities within our kingdom employ exclusively virtual currency. Scepteris processes no real money transactions, accepts no monetary deposits, and facilitates no withdrawals. Virtual royal credits used in games possess zero monetary value and cannot be converted into anything of real-world worth.
Entry to the Kingdom of Scepteris requires attainment of 18 years of age. By entering our realm, you solemnly represent and warrant that you satisfy this requirement. We reserve sovereign right to implement verification procedures and request documentation confirming age. Discovery of underage presence will result in immediate banishment. Parental oversight of minors' digital activities remains a parental duty.
All currency within Scepteris - whether termed credits, coins, tokens, or crowns - consists entirely of virtual constructs. These elements exist solely to enable gameplay mechanics and carry absolutely no monetary worth. Subjects cannot purchase royal credits with real money, cannot sell or trade royal credits, and cannot redeem royal credits for goods, services, or currency. Royal credits exist only within our kingdom's borders.
Subjects must comport themselves honorably within Scepteris. Prohibited activities include: attempting to breach security or exploit vulnerabilities; deploying automated tools or mechanical devices; impersonating other subjects or kingdom officials; distributing malicious programs; attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas; engaging in discourteous behavior; and any conduct that might compromise kingdom integrity or harm other subjects.
All content within Scepteris, including software, graphics, text, designs, crests, and marks, constitutes royal property protected by law. Ownership resides with Scepteris or our licensors. Subjects receive limited, non-exclusive license to access the kingdom for personal entertainment only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of kingdom property is forbidden without express royal consent.
Scepteris reserves sovereign right to modify, suspend, or dissolve any aspect of the kingdom without notice. This includes altering game availability, modifying features, updating interfaces, or closing the realm entirely. While we endeavor to maintain consistent access, we guarantee no uninterrupted service. Technical necessities or unforeseen circumstances may require temporary or permanent adjustments.
Scepteris currently operates without mandatory subject registration. Data storage primarily utilizes browser local storage for elements such as age verification. Subjects bear responsibility for locally stored data. We assume no liability for data loss from browser clearing or technical issues. Consult our Privacy Charter for comprehensive information.
Scepteris is provided "as presented" without warranties of any nature. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of quality, suitability, and those arising from customary practice. We do not warrant error-free operation, security, or uninterrupted access. Kingdom entry occurs at subject's sole risk.
To maximum extent permitted by law, Scepteris and its sovereign council shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from kingdom access. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid to access Scepteris, which is zero currency, as the kingdom provides free admission.
Subjects agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scepteris, its sovereign council, and allies from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from subject violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.
These Royal Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflicts. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate channels in competent jurisdictions.
We may revise these Royal Terms by posting updated versions. Revisions become effective upon publication. Continued kingdom presence following revisions constitutes acceptance. Subjects should review these terms periodically.
